Budweiser Dirt Drags August 25th

The Dirt Drag Racing Association's (DDRA) premier event, "Budweiser Dirt Drags" will be held Saturday, August 25th at the River Park Raceway in Jonesville, Louisiana.

"I can not tell you how pleased we are to have Marsala Beverage and the Budweiser name attached to our races," DDRA President David McMillin said. "Budweiser has been with us through all our events. They are certainly a great corporate sponsor and we appreciate all they do not only will the DDRA but in our communities as well."

McMillin went on to say he expects the Budweiser Dirt Drags to be the biggest event of the year at the River Park Raceway.

"We've had some nice crowds and lots of drivers this year," McMillin said. "But with the added money, DDRA and Mid South points, this one will be special."

Details on the races will be posted in the next few days and don't forget about the sanctioned DDRA event at the State Capitol Raceway July 21 and 22 in Baton Rouge.
