We are the Louisiana Off Road Race Park located in the Sandy Lake community. We are a new industry, providing jobs, recreation, entertainment, and bringing in tourism dollars to Catahoula Parish.

We are connected to the Dirt Drag Racing Association and the American Mud Racing Association with far reaching potential for statewide and regional events.

Unfortunately, as with most any new endeavor, we had some minor problems. We apologize for any inconveniences and want you, the people of Sandy Lake, to know we will do everything in our power to correct these problems.

This was our first major event at the track and we had an unexpected large number of ATVs and Trucks enter our events that caused to lengthen the day. We are taking measures to solve this problem and end the races at a decent hour.

These drivers come from all over the state and neighboring states. When we start a race of this size we have to finish. Without knowing how many tucks or ATVs are coming and trying to accommodate our spectators with the summer heat we started our races too late.

Our goal is to grow this Race Park to the biggest in the state. A place every person in the state of Louisiana will be proud of. Dirt and mud racing is a family oriented sport for all ages.
