ATVs, Arm Drop Mud Races on tap April 3rd

The Louisiana Off Road Race Park will host two events the weekend of April 3rd.  First will be the ATV drag races and then the first Dirt Drag Racing Association (DDRA) sanctioned Arm Drop Mud Race of the season.

The ATV’s will start registration at 9 AM with heat races kicking off at 11 AM. There will be two classes; Stock ET and Pro ET.

The entry for ATVs is $20 per class with single elimination and one buyback into the race. Buybacks are $10 and this money goes to the track.

Payouts will be 100% of the entry fees split accordingly: 50% for 1st, 30% for 2nd, and 20% for 3rd place.

The DDRA sanctioned points Arm Drop Mud Races are 200’ of racing down a mud track, side-by-side.

Registration starts at 12:30 PM with Tech in at 2 PM. Heat races start at 4 PM.

The 60-acre park, located 7 miles north of Jonesville, La., contains ample parking, restrooms, concessions, and souvenir t-shirts. Bleachers are available but you are welcome to bring your lawn chairs and ice chests (please no glass containers). R.V. spots are available for rent at $50 per night or $800 for the season.
